Keep The Focus On Active Problem-Solving


Dwelling on your problems will never be helpful to you, but looking for the solution will be. Ask yourself what steps you can take to avoid a future problem or learn from a mistake. Instead of asking why something happened to you, ask yourself what you can do about it.

Once you’ve found a solution to what you’re overthinking, those constant thoughts of negativity towards the situation will diminish.
