The latest trend in motherhood is the obsession everyone has with the “snapback.” (And no, we’re not talking about hats). A woman’s “snapback game” is all based around how fast she bounces back and gets her body back after having a baby. Society seems to be over the matronly look, and into keeping our bodies in the best shape possible!
We often find ourselves looking to our celebrities who’ve had babies and check out their snapback game because it’s almost impossible not expecting it from people with multiple nannies, private trainers, and more than enough money to spend on treatments, weight loss plans, etc. However, some celebrities aren’t really all into following this trend.
There are many celebrities who bounce back looking just as good as before pregnancy, if not better. It’s a quite a pleasant surprise and even motivating to other mommies that these women are able to get their bodies back into shape in no time at all. It’s hard to be surprised when these moms have the best fitness equipment and trainers money can buy. It probably doesn’t hurt that they also are not constantly exhausted from life with a newborn because of their nannies that help cover the nightshifts. Plus one to take care of the baby while they’re hitting the gym of course as well leaving a few of us moms green with envy.
Bounced Back: Mila Kunis
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher share two children together. Kunis has been recognized for her great ability to bounce back from both of her pregnancies. After giving birth, she referred to breastfeeding as a great workout because of how helpful it is for many mommies to lose their baby weight. It also encourages the uterus to go back down to its normal size, pre-baby size.
Just 4 months after having their daughter, Wyatt, photos were captured that showed Kunis with a flat tummy again where her baby bump was once showing. 2 months later, when se was 6 months postpartum, she showcased her abs to the world and they were as tone as ever! We don’t really expect anything less from Ashton Kutcher’s other half, as the couple has long been looked at as couple goals.
